A trip to the dentist is intimidating for some people and the whole experience can be overwhelming. When your office staff is taking the necessary extra time to focus on the patient’s individual needs in person and over the phone, becoming swamped in paperwork can happen in the blink of an eye, resulting in a high percentage of incorrectly filed claims.
